Barbara Daly Electric Spacedust |
I picked up this beauty in Tesco the other night along with the catfood! I've had lots of colours from the Barbara Daly range over the years (other make-up as well as polishes) and I've always been very impressed with them. Electric Spacedust is one of their new Spring colours; the cap is covered in flowers.
Electric Spacedust is a really rich teal-blue shimmer, with a slight colour shift to a purply blue. The colour is really strong and glowly! Look at the close up pictures:

This is just two coats with Seche Vite Quick drying topcoat. The formula and brush are good (although this is quite a small bottle (7ml), it's not awkward to use like some minis are) and application is very easy.

Pretty nail polish that is! :)

DeleteWhat a gorgeous colour! I can imagine this teamed up with some orange polka dots - fab! I may have to venture into tesco.... :)
ReplyDeleteOoh yes - that sounds like a good idea! Or maybe an orange glitter like Lynnderella Cauldron drippings!
DeleteOooh :O What a glowy shimmer! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteI love duo-chromes. I like how the purple shows at the tips of your nails.
ReplyDeleteThanks :D
DeleteOoh, I'm usually not attracted to colors like this, but on you it's stunning!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I find colours like this hard to resist!
Deletethats a beauty! usually when i see colors like this, they are covered in frost and brushstrokes...its good to see this shade in a great finish!
ReplyDeleteYes, I know just what you mean - I was holding my breath as this dried, waiting for a frosty mess of brushstrokes to appear.......somebody got the formula just right!
