Pretty Quirky - Summer Collection - DEVA

Today I have a preview of a fantastic polish from Pretty Quirky's forthcoming Summer Collection. Pretty Quirky is a relatively new UK Indie Brand, this is just her second collection but I think this is definitely a brand to watch. This polish is Deva, a light strawberry pink crelly base with a generous sprinkling of mixed pink glitters! The name comes from the Roman name for Chester, and I totally agree with Morven, the maker, that this colour is subtle enough to wear for work.

Here's the polish in the bottle - look at that range of pink glitter!

I used two coats of Deva over a base of Nails Inc Elizabeth Street - that pink is the best match I have for the base of Deva. Deva applies really smoothly, the formula is great and each brushful seems to come out with just the right amount of glitter.

Pretty Quirky Deva was sent as a sample for my review (along with a few other beauties from this collection I'll be sharing over the next few days). The collection will be released next Friday (16 May) in the Pretty Quirky Etsy Shop. Morven, the creator of Pretty Quirky has a lovely blog too, and a facebook page for her brand - have a look at these for more pictures and information about her new (and current) polishes.

Just for fun, the day I was intending to remove Deva, I added this bit of stamping with MoYou Pro XL plate 05 and China Glaze Infra Red. I just thought I'd wear this for a day, but it ended up being three, I liked the effect so much!
